  3. Colin Cook, scorer of 72 goals in 53 games during the 1931 - 32 season.

  6. Brian Keating scoring the first goal against Leytonstone in the Amateur Cup semi-final at Roker Park on the 21st of March 1959.
  7. Chris 12 and David Bainbridge 10 in Trafalgar Square on April 10th 1959 with one of the biggest crakes ever made. It was shortened by brother Brian from 5 clogs to 3 as the weight of it kept breaking the broom handle. They travelled down to London with mum, dad and brother Brian on a bus organised by The Royal Oak pub which used to be the headquarters of the club before the clubhouse was built. The lads finished the day watching 'Around the World in 80 Days' The crake was lent to Whitley Bay and was never returned.
  8. McHattie heads over the bar, the Crook players are Snowball, Story, Heatherington and Brown. The final score for the match was Crook 1 Hounslow Town 1 and Crook won the replay 4 - 0.
  9. Darjeeling, a 40,000 crowd were on 3 sides of the ground and there was a sheer drop to the tea plantation on the other side which was protected by a 20ft high fence. The playing surface was compressed sand and clay and the  teams motifs were painted on the centre circle. The final score for the match was Mohan Bagan 1 (Habib) Crook 1 (Turnbull)......in the photo the Crook players show the crowd their appreciation after the game.
  10. Terry Paine of Southampton & England fame swapping pennants with the Chief Minsters XI captain on the 15th May 1976. Charlie Gott and mascot Aninda Bannerjee look on. Referee Pat Partridge was in charge for all of the tour games.
  11. August 28th 1993 and Wayne Brown puts in a challenge on Workington's Graham Flynn. Crook won the match 2 - 0 with goals from Humphries and P Taylor.
  12. Ground Hoppers game on the 15th April 1995 v Washington. The final score was 1 - 1 with Gasgarth scoring for Crook.
  13. March 21st 1999. Crook 1 Consett 0, the goal was scored by D. Key. Crook's 8 man defence (L - R) D. Cooper, S. Nicholson, I. McGraghan, N. Mitchell, M. Riches, J. Hall, D. Neil (practicing being a left arm spin bowler) and D. Key.
